Very bad service. I made an appointment three days prior to the service for teenage cleanup. We went there 10 min. before the time and waited for 1 hour. Later when it comes to payment she was charging me extra money which I refused to pay. Other ladies who worked there also agreed that I should not be charged more so she charged me the exact amount by stating that since she delayed the service therefore she is giving me a discount. Saku is like family at this point, she has been taking care of my mom and I since I was in high school (over 11 years of excellent service). She is an important part of the community and I send all loved ones to her. She is skilled at what she does, no one does eyebrows like Saku and no one does it as painlessly as her either. So grateful to have been sent here by a friend in high school.
