MS Audio did a haphazard job in my newly constructed home. They quoted me a price stating that everything was included and promised to enable the audio and security systems once I moved in. I paid them in full—approximately $7,800. I received an invoice stating that “everything is included” However, after I moved in, I had to call them multiple times, only for them to surprise me with a claim that I owed another $1,500 to complete the work.
