I was in a car accident and needed to go to an RMT, coral is amazing!! I can’t say enough nice things about her, she is extremely professional and gets the time to know each little detail to make this the best experience possible for you. If I could give 10 stars I would!
This was terrible. I made a reservation a week ago. I even got an email about the appointment and a message the day of the appointment. However 20 minutes before my appointment I get a call saying that they're not taking new patients and saying they're cancelling my appointment. I was surprised and explained to the lady that I made an appointment through their website. I asked "was this a technical error?" The lady replied without a single remorse and said "not at all".
