Okay, I’ve been putting off making this review because I felt I needed to calm down a bit and collect my thoughts before submission - Here goes nothing. In February 2023, I reached out to Robert and Co. at Mr Taxes in New Westminster to try and get a head start on completion of my taxes for the year. STAY AWAY from this firm unless you would like to lose money. The combination of poor communication and numerous filing errors has left us genuinely annoyed with your firm. We engaged your services to alleviate the burden of managing our taxes, not to take on additional responsibilities and deal with the consequences of oversights. Normally I would just move on, however our experience has been so bad that I have to put out a warning instead of a review.
