We ordered a Bid Box and it was perfect! The quality was great and everything was so cute. My daughter LOVED it!
I went in a week before my due date to find a coming home outfit for my newborn. They said they’d be able to monogram it in time and got it to me in just a few business days. After picking it up, I realized I gave them a wrong initial. They were able to fix it and get it to be before I left for the hospital. The service and quality of work was incredible and I am so grateful!

I went into the store and was told as long as I picked an item that was vinyl they could at the monogram. Two hours after leaving the store I get a call stating they cant do the monogram on the vinyl. I asked if it was switched to embroidery how soon could it be done. I was then told "maybe the earliest would be Thursday". Well that is like six days past the day I need it.
