My keyboard was replaced and every thing cleaned in one day. Now all my keys work. Great communication, very outgoing and supportive and professional. Highly recommend this company.
The owner was extremely professional and polite. He explained and showed me how he was going to fix my console before he started the repair. He was very polite, with a nice clean store. My console is holding up well, now a bit over a week post repairs. Excellent communication during this experience made it definitely worth spending a little cash vs trying to repair on my own with how to videos.
