It is sad to see that 2 poor reviews related to one another below (one of which it seems feeling the need to interject and support the case of another!)- have contributed to Dr Teo five stars dropping! Terrible Experience – Unprofessional, Rude, and Dismissive! I had a deeply upsetting and frustrating experience with this doctor that I feel compelled to share. After scheduling an appointment with her, I showed up at the requested time (3 PM), only to be left waiting for 90 minutes with no word or explanation. After 90 minutes, a massage client at the same facility was called before me although we arrived at the same time and they were seen for their 1-hour massage at 3pm. I feel the need to speak on the previous review, as I heard a fair bit of what happened in this situation. My partner and I were also in the waiting room, as my partner had an appointment too and was seen before this patient, even though we arrived later. It was clear the scheduling was a mess, and no one cared to communicate. My partner had a one-hour treatment, and the patient was still waiting for their appointment even after my partner finished and had to wait for their next treatment.
