THE DISPATCHER WILL LIE ABOUT THE RATE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I WAS QUOTED $100 to tow vehicle 3 miles. Dispatcher stated the fee would be $100. When we arrived at the location, the driver charged me $242. When questioned, they gave the runaround about per mile, hook-up fee, and miles from the driver's original location. Driver arrived in 2 hours vs the 1 hour quoted.
Scam company, stay away! 3 hours of waiting time and when truck arrived they told me to pay upfront 400 which is double of what i was told. I refused and called a different company which arrived after an hour. 4 hours waisted!!!
I called and the responder said someone would help me with my flat tire within 45 minutes. After an hour with no help I called back and was told to call another service because they could'nt reach their driver.
We organized fuel delivery with them. Guy gave us rates and ETA and no one showed up. They do not answer our calls. Just do not do business with them cus they will scam you too.
