I have this store previously and always been ok, however I took in a damaged samsung and it took three weeks to get the phone back and it was still not working. I was never contacted as promised and had to chase 3-4 times eventually threatening further action to get the phone back. When it was returned it had a different coloured sim card tray. Very very disappointed with being fobbed off - avoid, will not use again
