I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your store. I drove for an hour to get there, making sure to arrive before 4 pm, only to be told that trading in my phone would take about 40 minutes. I feel frustrated that this information wasn't communicated to me beforehand, as it would have greatly impacted my decision on whether to visit the store at that time. These guys are amazing and honest people. We went in for a battery change that was quoted $120 and after looking into it they said it was just a connection problem and they fixed much cheaper. Good to see honest people around like this. I recommend them highly.
Had front screen replaced on iphone 11 pro Max didn't have any issues with the phone before screen was replaced. New Screen is now lifting off and they refused to rectify the issues said we'd need to pay to have another screen put on. If I could give lower stars I would.
