Do not use this company he is not a registered business, and breaking the law don't pay taxes extra he lost 5 contacts due to poor service and coz he didn't pay cleaners either their wages I know all this co I use to work for him until I found out his true colour was and how much of a scumbag he was so please don't use this company as not real or registered
DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING COMPANY! I paid for 2 cleaners to clean a one bedroom cottage, which was empty, no furniture, no fixings etc. One small empty living room. One smaller empty study room. One empty kitchen. One small empty shower room. One empty bedroom. First, the cleaners turned up late (supposed to be 9.30am, they arrived at 10.15am), and when they arrived they instantly commented on having to leave early to get back to pick up kids from school! Very responsive and flexible service, did everything we asked with a friendly attitude right from the start. High quality service with an individual approach, we were very satisfied indeed.
We hired MrMistBirmingham for an end of tenancy house clean. from the initial conversation with Thomas regarding the quote, to the completed job, I couldn’t have asked for more. The house is spotless, great price and very professional, we will be using again.
