We were lucky enough to have Peter to support us through the NCAT process. Peter was nothing short of excellent and assisted us in achieving a favourable outcome. Peter was very responsive to any of our correspondence and was always happy to help with whatever questions we had. We highly recommend Peter.
Zac Thomas was incredibly condescending. As someone who has never needed to use a lawyer he seemed perplexed that I did not understand the process and laughed at me on our phone call. He was demeaning and insulting to my partner regarding our dispute.
