Our experience was very disappointing. The decision to stop providing services per the communication from Gayna Borg, came completely out of the blue, with no prior notice. This was especially frustrating because we had already followed their advice provided the prior day, requested the sales agent to amend the purchaser details, and requested a revised copy be forwarded.
