Left a phone msg. No return call. Sent a text msg with details and never received a response. Apparently they don't need my business. No star, but didn't have that option.
After leaving messages for a few other mobile mechanics and having NONE of them return my calls, Clay responded promptly to my text. He replaced the starter on my truck and helped me get it running perfectly! Clay is professional, knowledgeable and fair; everything that you want in a mechanic! I highly recommend Mr. Fix-It!
First things first, 10000/10 would ALWAYS RECOMMEND. Clay was the ONLY mobile mechanic willing to help me 9pm at night. He was prompt, punctual, and precise on the issue with my truck when I was stranded on the side of the road. He even took the extra mile to make sure I reached my destination and followed up with me. There aren’t many like this young man. Prices are very fair. I am picky when it comes to my truck but I truly trust this young man for repairs. Reach out to Mr. Fix-It for your auto repair needs!!

I would give Mr Fix it a 10 star if I could . Apart from being reasonably priced and saving me a lot of money for towing and garage expenses he thoroughly diagnosed my issues with his electrical diagnostic tools using deductive reasoning to deduce my issues from simplest to more complex. It ended up being my vehicles computer system. It took a little time and a few visits because it was more complex, but in the end he bent over backwards to make sure we figured it out , and even went to retrieve a part for me .
