Great service, went to Mr Case after my phone battery died. Fortunately they replaced it on my pixel without damage to the very delicate screen. Real life saver! A1 service.

Top-notch service! Legends at what they do. Had my iPhone 13 Pro Max front and back screen replaced – looks fresh outta the box. Super friendly crew. Check out their refurbished phones too – solid gear for a great price!
Very disappointed with the screen replacement that this place provided. Screen fully fell off after six months due to poor fix. They refused to take responsibility, saying it was out of warranty. Do not recommend.
Mr case the Sorell and Kingston stores are really good there staff know a lot of knowledge and have really good experience and are really kind especially the owner Monica she is really nice and understanding and is a great person and if you live in Kingston they are the best in at fixing your phone and they casea are really good and so are there prices
