This company has a employee by the name of Chris Brewer that does not have a electrician license that is up to date. Instead he uses Mr Watts license to do his work. He came to Sugar Land Texas and replaced our electrical panel and we paid him for the job but the problem is that when the city of Sugar Land Texas city inspector came out he failed the job because it did not pass inspection. We have been calling Chris Brewer and he will not return our phone call to come and fix the problem so it will pass inspection. So please ... read more
First, I'd like to personally thank Chris and Sula for the overall great experience in completing our project with Mr. Watts. You guys did an amazing job in helping us install the new generator as well as the set up follow through. As a developer, I've worked with numerous companies and I highly recommend Mr. Watts for whoever needs their services. Thanks again Chris and Sula. We will not hesitate to call you guys again should we need your services.
Mr Watts installed our Generac home generator, but after Hurricane Beryl, when it stopped working, they never even returned our call. They even left the top of it unlocked when they installed it, so the wind from Beryl blew it open! We finally found someone else to help us. My sister is in an electric wheelchair, so we were in desperate need of help. I would never trust them.
AVOID! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Installed generator and fused within days of installing. Was told it’s a simple 2 minute fix and yet it has been a MONTH and no one has come to fix yet. No working generator and no power when light goes. Spent thousands on installing generator with terrible service! Will never recommend them. Avoid like the plague! They are yet to come fix our issue! I almost agree to have them install my generator, that is until all of a sudden the price I was quoted was a cash price and if I want to finance through them it's an additional $990.00 for "processing and admin fee" What it boiled down to is that they jacked their price by almost $1,000.00 I have outstanding credit with Synchrony and they never heard of such B.S.
