They suck.
We chose this vendor for electric needs at our co. We had sconce lighting and mic done by this company. When it came time to trouble shoot issues with their install, we were ghosted. I continued to stay on top of it by emailing and calls that would go without a call or email back. I was finally able to get a “tech” out here to let us know they discovered the issue and he would be ordering the part and would come to install. We are now 9 months in no call no show. My husband and I are having the worst experience with this company. They REFUSE to reimburse for the money we had to spend on repairs caused by their mistake. We’ve been communicating with them for months and it’s always the same thing. We’re always told the President hasn’t responded to them. This has been a very frustrating experience and I cannot understand why it’s so difficult for them to do the right thing. We’re ready to consider other remedies at this point. Generator installation process was a little painful not too bad. Do NOT sign up for any sort of maintenance or monitoring or expect them to provide any post installation service. I don’t think they are monitoring anything. In addition, 2 years after the install there is a gas leak that Centerpoint identified to be coming from the generator gas line and I can’t get them to come out and fix it.
