I had an issue with my MacBook Touch Bar and was in dire need of fixing since I rely on that for ages (I know a lot of people have issues with the Touch Bar, but I never had any issues for 6 years until it was physically damaged 😭). Went to Mr Tech, and he was very nice, offering me a lot of options to get it fixed!! Update: Came here again about a week ago for the same issue and they again fixed it in no time. The family that run this are warm and also very transparent. 100% came back again and will come back when I'm in the area again. 1 year ago: I had my macbook screen repaired today, same day service. The whole thing was fast and efficient which I needed as I work online and was leaving Perth. Super friendly and great communication. Would definitely be my go to if I lived here permanently.
