John has been preparing our taxes for 25 years. We have complicated returns. Self employed, owning businesses and market trading. John is very knowledgeable and you can trust his expertise. Well, we actually have had to submit a complaint with the Nashville BBB in hopes to use it for tax court. I guess John Poole and his office Mr. Tax of America are ok for simple tax returns but if you have bigger issues with the IRS please save yourself money and disaster by hiring instead a REPUTABLE TAX ATTORNEY, not a wimpy CPA. If you are a married couple and want to keep your separate tax profiles with the IRS don't go to this business. My husband owes money to the IRS from before we even got married. I have been going to MR TAX for years and this particular branch since it opened. I have always been well taken care of and treated with respect, but friendliness.
