Mr. Tax International prepared my 2009 1040 and failed to file the form with the IRS. I was notified by the IRS in December 2010 and had to take care of it myself. John D, Carr has refused to return calls or make reimbursement. I will be filing a complaint with the State of Texas and taking court action. I would strongly recommend you find another service as professional does not apply here.
