This individual is dishonest. He diverted my tax refund to a different account and routing number. He ignored my calls and texts, eventually blocking my number. Avoid him at all costs; his services are untrustworthy.

Idk if it was the owner or the boss of the place, but a slimy old guy with glasses approached me in the most unprofessional and rudest way after having a stressful long DAY. I dont recommend this after a whole year, the first time I filed taxes as a Independent at 21 was last year. Everything went smooth, until a year later when I was sent a Tax Audit bill for missing info. (I fixed the situation myself) The guy (Moises) was very impatient and careless about skimming through my work. He didnt get back to me until 11PM! And when he did, again he was acting impatient and unprofessional...He made it seem like I called him and woke him up from his sleep, when dude decided to wait 5hrs after closing ... read more
