These guys are THE BEST!! They repaired my tablet, that Samsung wouldn't touch, even though it was still under guarantee!! Mr Robot did 2 repairs for me, after taking time to diagnose them. The guys are extremely pleasant to deal with. Very polite and courteous. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys.

The team at Mr. Robot were incredibly helpful towards me, in the process of upgrading to an iPhone 16 pro. The data transfer process took longer than expected due to a software issue on my old phone. They were kind enough to continue working on the issue until after close, and wouldn't let me leave until we figured it out. I would definitely recommend Mr. Robot to anyone looking for quality second hand tech, or those in need of repairs with quality customer service!
