I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Mr. Phone Riverlink shopping centre. A month ago, I had my phone screen repaired at your store. However, I've been experiencing issues with the screen, including overheating, darkness, and rapid battery drain. I went in for a screen repair, my phone camera now doesn't work and my battery drains soooo fast! Even while the phone is not in use and apps are closed properly my phone is nearly always flat. Never had an issue with my phone before handing my phone over here. Will be lodging a complaint with fairwork
BEST place for iPad & Phone repairs! Friendly young man fixed my iPad straight away. Very skilled and efficient. Can't recommend highly enough! Will definitely be my go-to for any future repairs. THANK YOU MR PHONE RIVERLINK!!!
GO TO THIS STORE FOR REPAIRS! Seriously, all the other phone repair shops in the centre wanted to charge me $569 to repair the buttons on my S24 Ultra telling me my phone would need a full screen replacement just to fix the buttons... Mr. Phone on the otherhand looked at it for less than a minute and said they could fix just the buttons and it would only cost $180! I'm appalled by the lack of transparency the other repair shops have, seriously just avoid the other shops when it comes to repairs and go here
Coco was so incredibly helpful! My phone broke the morning of the day I was flying overseas. She fit me in last minute and fixed my phone incredibly fast, an absolute life saver!
