I contacted Mr. Pawn well in advance to inform them that I had been in an automobile accident and would be unable to come in until the end of the month. The employee I spoke with assured me that this would not be a problem and that my items would be safe. However, when I arrived on the 26th, I was devastated to find that one of my items had already been sold. This breach of trust and lack of communication is unacceptable.
