We used Mr Mover twice now; both times pretty positive experience. We had a hiccup in our most recent service from them but Erika handled it professionally. Our first round of movers were suppose to arrive between 12-2, we called 10 minutes after 2 to ask how close they were to coming to our place, Erika checked on them and found out they got held up at their first clients and immediately sent out a different team to assist us.
