My most recent Mentee completed the Resi Broker Program and have to say, her participation in the course has completely changed the experience for both of us — as her mentor and for her as the mentee. Her transition into real-life scenarios has been seamless, and she now has a strong bank of knowledge to draw from, rather than relying solely on me. I made this course a non-negotiable as part of our mentoring agreement, and I’m so glad I did. It’s something I’ll be implementing for every broker I take on moving forward.
