I recently had a poor experience with another tax service provider and came here to fix the issue. I am very grateful for how I was treated with respect when I walked in and provided my personal information. Eric filed my amended return and showed me the acceptance moments after filing it. Today when I checked the website, it already showed my amended return as processing, and it’s only been two weeks.
