This experience couldn't have been better. My phone battery expanded and I went to Mr Fix at Ft Eustis. He is so knowledgeable! I have an old phone, so the battery has to be ordered. They called me (because they remembered to get a second contact number) in 2 days, replaced the battery on Friday night, and good as new. This was actually a pretty dangerous situation, and I was given clear instructions on how to limit the risk of the battery exploding.
