Came in super late about 30min to closing needing a cleaning for my charging port everyone there was amazing and super nice he clearly enjoys what he does and has a big heart i highly recommend anyone with phone troubles to come here!!
My 17 year old son had his computer fixed with Mr Fix. I authorized the repair. When I received the credit card bill there was a $71.69 tip added. I called and said this was not authorized. They said your son signed for it. I explained that this had been done in error. I have never paid for a computer repair and then had to give a tip. It’s never even been an option.
