Jude and the team were awesome; thoughtful, needs-focussed and friendly customer service just what you need, especially when you're a tall guy who finds it hard to get trousers and sleeves long enough and jackets with shoulders wide enough without everything else swimming in a kaftan! Highly recommended.

This is a reply to Mr Fierze regarding Phil's post from 2 months ago. I returned the suit (his mother, NOT his wife) and certainly did not have the conversation as noted and leave with a smile on my face. The fact that your business had to write such a ridiculous and convoluted reply rather than a simple apology speaks volumes. Not accepting cash shouldn't be allowed. $2.50 extras to cover PLASTIC hangars/suit bags could easily be absorbed into the overall rental costs.
