We came in for the suit hire fitting and were really well looked after by Joel, who was very knowledgeable and helped us through the decision making process. Found it really helpful to be able to ask questions and try on different options.
Had an easy experience hiring tuxedos for three of my groomsmen from Mr Fierze (my own tuxedo was custom made from another company). Suit fittings were quick and easy. Suits looked great on the day with easy pick up two days prior to the wedding and drop off on the Monday after the wedding. They were accomodating of style changes that I wanted to make throughout the process. Off to a shaky start after turning up for our fittings and the booking not being in the system. The boys were quick to get us sorted. The suits looked amazing and we couldn’t have asked for me.
Jude and the team were awesome; thoughtful, needs-focussed and friendly customer service just what you need, especially when you're a tall guy who finds it hard to get trousers and sleeves long enough and jackets with shoulders wide enough without everything else swimming in a kaftan! Highly recommended.
