Took my SUV for full body wash, didn’t receive full body wash, staff alerted me my SUV was ready, the windshield, back window, roof, chrome, running boards and wheel wells were still show dirty, ask staff to take care of it, asked acting manager to assist, her response was they only do outside, explained all the items are outside, then she stated we don’t’t do them. Don’t recommend taking a SUV for full body wash, they don’t do full body wash, after paying for full body wash you will need to take your SUV to another car wash... read more
Had My Sprinter van washed and waxed, was quoted 240, it's a 171" wheel base, very large, so I felt it was fair, although when I picked it up, it didn't hardly looked like they had wiped it off. I went back and complained, and He agreed it looked bad, but that it should've been rotary waxed, and would've been 350 for wax alone, I paid 105 for wax portion. He offered to give me a free wash next time. I had just taken 3 vehicles there, and have used them for years, but no longer !
