Just used Mr.Burch Hoover for our wedding and could not recommend them enough, they were so on top of everything and the suits fit like a dream. One of my groomsmen came in from out of town and tried his suit on for the first time the day before the wedding, he had an issue with the fit of the vest, well Mr. Burch Hoover had it fixed extremely quickly and we got the message it was ready to pick up just an hour or so later, excellent service
I can not say enough wonderful things about the 3 ladies that work at this location. They have taken care of my son’s prom for 2 years now and they never miss! Today was absolutely packed with people as it is prom week and all 3 ladies were holding it down and handled it well. You can tell They actually care about the event and went out of their way to make sure my son’s pants were exactly the way he wanted them. The service here gets no better: this is the only location we will use. Amazing!!
Mr Burch saved the day after another Tux shopped messed up my tux for Mardi Gras. I called Mr Burch in Hoover at 1pm on Thursday, they got me fitted and I had my new tux in hand the next morning at 10am. I left for Mardi Gras at 1pm for a Mardi Gras Ball in Mobile. I am very thankful to the staff at Mr Burch Hoover location for saving the day. This is the only place I will get my tux from going forward.
