I had a very good experience there.
Recently went in to get new tubes placed in my daughter’s bike. The positives: fast service. The negatives: worst customer service from Dan and over charged for what he originally told me the price would be. If you run a small business customer service is key. But I guess if you’re the only bike shop in the area that doesn’t matter. Won’t return again. It’s almost just as much to get her a new bike.
Worst bike shop in Yuma. Coincidentally they’re the only bike shop in Yuma. The service sucks and the prices are exorbitantly expensive. If you want a shop with overpriced inventory and crap service then this shop is for you.
Knowledgeable, fast and friendly service. Good selection of parts and accessories Huge electric bike selection also in the showroom. Very pleased with my purchase and will make this my bike shop of choice.
Bought this bike from a friend without knowing it had some wild modifications. I took the front wheel to this shop as I accidentally stripped some screws and didn’t know what to do. The employee or boss that helped me not only did not charge me anything but at the same time he fixed the front tire and sold me a part that I needed for only $10 (retail is about $50-100). This is the kind of professionalism and human kindness that makes this shop great. 100% recommend this local shop!!!
