I had a very good experience there.
Recently went in to get new tubes placed in my daughter’s bike. The positives: fast service. The negatives: worst customer service from Dan and over charged for what he originally told me the price would be. If you run a small business customer service is key. But I guess if you’re the only bike shop in the area that doesn’t matter. Won’t return again. It’s almost just as much to get her a new bike.
Worst bike shop in Yuma. Coincidentally they’re the only bike shop in Yuma. The service sucks and the prices are exorbitantly expensive. If you want a shop with overpriced inventory and crap service then this shop is for you.
Knowledgeable, fast and friendly service. Good selection of parts and accessories Huge electric bike selection also in the showroom. Very pleased with my purchase and will make this my bike shop of choice.
