The guys at this location says he’s the owner to later find out Donnie is the owner and is at Mr be bike in town. I find it odd he told me he was the owner. Every time I’ve been in there it seems like he’s having a terrible day never seen the guy smile. He walks past me with his head down and mumbles how can we help you can’t even look at me in the eyes. They do good work and get it done faster than they promise
Recently, I ordered a EBike for the Foothills location. I have aphasia after a stroke. Dan was very patient with me - my decision was lengthly, near a year. I feel that Dan cares about customers and he has experience with bikes and the pitfalls in the area. He talked with me about options; brands, locks, tire liners, etc. The deliver was early, and Dan assembled the bike quickly and Dan explain the features to me. The first ride was wonderful. God Bless Dan.
The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helped my nephew and I find what we need. Nice well organized store. Definitely will return for any bike necessities.
