Went here for some bike parts, came away with the wrong one unfortunately, returned right away assuming they would exchange for the correct size and they showed no interest in helping us . No exchange , and very little customer service. We will drive further and pay less in the future !!!
Mr B’s offers a wide variety of bikes. I was able to get my son a 14” bike which is not a common size. Most bikes jump from 12” to 16”. This 14” bike is just the right size for him. The staff was polite, professional and helpful. Shout out to Mike at the Mall Shop.
DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! Mike is not a mechanic. We took my son’s race bike to have the rear tube installed as we had a busy week. We pick it up and get to the track and the chain is so tight he could hardly turn the peddles and the chain was about to snap. I figured no biggie and adjusted the chain before races. Weeks later I take it to have a new chain installed. We picked it up, he did one lap at the track, and the chain was completely loose and falling off.
