Unable to do basic servicing for mountain bikes. I would understand if it was a special fork rebuild or something...They work on e-bikes with similar mechanisms. Turned me away because I asked for hydraulic brake bleeding and a crown race replacement. Not even particular to mountain bikes. They said they only do "bmx and beach cruisers" they should put this on a sign or on their Google overview. Ordered a new tube for my bike a couple weeks ago, but it wasn’t installed right. I inflated it for the first time a couple weeks ago. As soon as I finished inflating the tire the tube exploded. They used a slime tube, as you can see the slime that exploded from my tire in the picture. Wouldn’t recommend, since they can’t install a simple tube
Went in to ask about a KUAT bike carrier part. The guy rudely said I never heard of it. I said okay… I guess I’ll find it online. So much for helping small business. I did find it online and while searching found their website mentions KUAT. Super poor customer service. Guess I interpreted them going broke.
