Be careful. They took payment for a bike they did not have in stock. Worse still, they do not respond to emails. Having made the payment, all went quiet. I then repeatedly asked if they could confirm if they actually had the bike or not. No response. Finally, after a week I get an automatic email saying payment has been refunded. No apology. Ruined my kids birthday. Cowboy operation.
Mr Bikes Is a scam. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. Take your money but never deliver product. Scum of the earth. Do not order from this trashy place
BEWARE! This shop is a Scam!!! Ordered a bike and payed 400 dollars! Never got the bike and they blocked me on all social media!!!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Mr. Bike Shop is the reason my two sons no longer believe in Santa. I ordered two mini BMX's on Black Friday as Christmas presents (from "Santa"). The bikes never showed up, I called and emailed Mr. Bike Shop repeatedly, and no one ever got back to me. Twice I was able to actually get a hold of someone.
