Took my son's phone in to be repaired. Neil rang me to tell me the problem and ask questions about it .It is used by his carers at day centre so not sure how it was broken.Neil was very kind explaining the damage to the phone and very kindly found me an affordable phone there that would suit the needs for my son. Very helpful.
