MPC Cashway is a locally owned family business with which I have done business with for over 40 years. They offer excellent service and value, and being a professional contractor, I would highly recommend them to fellow contractors as well as individual homeowners. A fine thank you?????? After spending over thirteen thousand dollars at MPC in the past 6 months, we had some special order screws that we wanted to return. The box contained 750 screws and we had 682 left. The cost of the box was $260. and we had the receipt. Since they didn't stock these, they told me they weren't returnable. One of the owners offered $50. for the box or to "keep them and pay me when they sold". The receipt doesn't say these were non-returnable.
