Their prices are fair, but out of 3 orders so far, every one of them had something wrong. The big one was the Nikon D810 purchase. They did not disclose that the camera was gray market. That caused me some serious headaches when it was time for it to be serviced. This should have been disclosed!!!Any future business I do here will be for minor items only. Would not recommend for big ticket items.

Two attempts, two lowball adjustments — never again! The first round dragged on for nearly three weeks of back-and-forth. My gear was originally returned over a military-discount issue. I resent it the very next day — same like-new condition MPB itself had confirmed the week before, in the exact packaging MPB shipped it back to me in — and the second evaluation came in far lower than the first. I shipped a Sony A7R V and A1ii to MPB after getting a quote that was mostly fair comparable to the hassle I'd have to deal with trying to sell on eBay or filtering scammers on marketplace, and, shortly after delivery to them, I was notified that the shipping box had obvious signs of tampering and my cameras were gone. Pissed off as I was and still am, I jumped through MPB's hoops with proof of address and identity, proof of ownership, and the dropoff receipt. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing equipment. When my order arrived I was given a faulty charger I understand that this place sells used equipment, but I feel that it was careless to not at least check all items before shipping to the customer. I’ve now had my camera for over a week , have multiple clients this week and no charger because I’m still waiting on a replacement. Customer service is really great and has a nice warranty on all their used gear. The condition of items is pretty accurate, just know that they have a short return window. I have also sold some gear here and inspections are pretty quick and so is payment.
