I have ordered approximately 12 times (a few camera bodies, several lenses, camera bags and many Pelican cases) from these folks and have been very happy with each transaction. I also sold lenses to them on a couple of occasions and was happy with the entire process and their payment was timely. The one time I had a problem with an order and brought it to their attention - they dealt with it quite quickly and gave me two options - return the lens (they pay shipping) or giving me a partial refund after I sent them photographs... read more

Warning: !Read the !Fine !Print before making any deal with MPB. I trusted MPB, until today. Short Story: MPB offered me $1400 for a nearly-new Canon Lens they’d check, guarantee & sell themselves for $2100. “Maybe,” I thought, and asked their Representative about an additional $300 of protective Kit I’d bought for this Lens that I’d hoped to include: a sturdy UV-Filter, a custom Tripod-Foot, 3.5 years of Canon’s own CarePak Insurance that Lens’s new Owner would benefit from. I've sold equipment to MPB in the past an was generally pleased with their service. But my recent experience trading equipment was not acceptable. I traded for a Canon RF 70-200 f 2.8 lens. When the lens arrived, it was loose in the box and the front and rear lens caps were also loose in the box. (Photos attached.) I'm surprised at how poorly they packaged a lens that they were selling for $2400. No luck with this place, I ordered a camera a while back and they sent one that didn't live up to the description, I'm not even sure it was the same one listed as it was missing parts that were pictured in the original listing. So now I decided to try them again, placed an order for 2 lenses and a camera. According to them everything pictured is the actual item, so I can safely assume it's in stock in their warehouse... I absolutely love this company! I had great experience with all my trades. True to their word and they will give you a better deal if your gear is in better condition! I would definitely shop again!
