EXCELLENT Online store located in Brooklyn, NY. Bought and sold cameras with MPB via online. Purchased a sight unseen "like new" camera and it is just that - everything A-OK! Then sold a camera to them and they raised the offered price once they received our camera so were very happy. Very fast shipping and payment both ways! Can highly recommend MPB!

I loved MPB before my most recent experience, and have purchased from them repeatedly with no issue. On 2/25/25 I returned a camera. There was no issue with the camera, so I took on the expense of the return, no problem. Fast forward a couple weeks and I saw a notification from UPS that the package was delivered. MPB reported that they did not receive the return and I was directed to open a dispute with UPS to try and locate the package, which I did. MPB is a hit or miss from my experience. Selling, buying and trading are easy. Purchases from MPB has been a positive one, but their condition ratings require better care and judgement. Quoted offers for your gear are a bit low compared to what they sell for on their own website. Trade or sell if you just want to upgrade or get rid of your gear without any hassle. Unfortunately, my previous trading experience was not good. Condition was listed as "like new" and camera was in less condition than stated. Photos of the camera ... read more

I recently purchased my first camera (Canon eos M200) and I loved it! It looks almost brand new, very well protected, and shipped within a week. It came with strap and a charger except the lens and the SD card which it did mentioned on the description, but overall they did really good job securing it☺️

I sent them perfect lenses and now they are saying the most expensive lense in the box was damaged. It was in its original case and box wrapped around another box. Anyone have problems with switching gear?
