Good trailer but terrible customer service. Rented tilt trailer and took to new york to picked up some trucks and. contract was for 2 days and there was an unexpected snow storm and Miguel threaten to report it “ Stolen “ because I couldn’t make it back on time because of the weather conditions. ( Was still paying for the extra days )
Great trailers, having the winch was a game changer for loading. The owner is a great guy. I'll be renting from them again when I need a trailer.
