I always make sure to book a session with Mirko whenever I’m back in Australia. After spending so many hours sitting while travelling, my muscles get really tight, and the treatments make a huge difference. I’ve been seeing Mirko regularly to help release muscle tension and keep my body feeling good, especially as I do HIIT classes around four times a week. The treatments are always professional and tailored to what my body needs at the time. I always leave feeling much looser, more relaxed, and with noticeably less tension. Highly recommend if you train regularly or have tight, sore muscles!

I’ve been going to Mirko for sports massage to help keep up with my training. His deep tissue release and understanding of how the body moves are excellent. Always leave feeling twice as good as when I walked in.
