I’ve been seeing Mirko regularly and can’t recommend him highly enough. I initially went to him for an adductor strain, and his knowledge of anatomy and physiology was clear from the very first session. He takes the time to understand exactly what your body needs and tailors each treatment accordingly. Mirko also explains the purpose behind each technique, which really helps you understand how the treatment is supporting your recovery.
