I recently purchased a property and a friend recommended that I use MP Settlements as my settlement agent. I am so glad they did, as the settlement process was made so simple and easy. The team was professional but endlessly helpful and even helped me with questions I had about my building inspection. I didn't have any issues and was beyond happy with the service they provided. Would absolutely recommend!

Awful experience, would not recommend this settlement company if you're in Perth. I have had interactions with many settlement companies over the years and tried Maria on this occasion. From the first point of interaction "I'm too busy to meet with you in person" to generally being rude, standoffish, and unwilling to do more than the bare minimum. I recently purchased my first home and have nothing but positive feedback for the MP Settlements team. They went above and beyond to make the settlement process as smooth as possible (especially for a first home buyer who knew very little about what was involved!) and were super approachable and ready to answer any questions and inquiries that I had. Would happily go through them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of settlement services.
