I recently had a positive customer service experience at Moynihan Lumber. I'm not a contractor—just a person looking to buy a single piece of moulding costing $7.59. I was greeted very nicely at the front desk and directed to Millwork, where I met Max. He helped me select a matching moulding, trimmed it to size, and even put a 45-degree angle cut on the end. Wow! This kind of customer service motivated me to take the time to write this review. Thank you, Moynihan Lumber and Max!
