I guess even though they say they're open Monday through Friday, don't bother calling on Friday every time I have since my generator installation they don't answer the phone or respond to voice mails. I don't believe they come in on Fridays. It's their business if they only want to work but 4 days a week, just don't say otherwise.

Friendly service. Received information I needed very fast. Very impressed with level of service and professionalism.
I have had now 3 generators installed at 3 different houses. These gentlemen met or exceeded my expectations in all areas. Dave was terrific to work with on getting the estimate and keeping me informed at all times as to the status of the job. Covid certainly presented challenges in supply and demand but they came through as promised on installation and setup. Hoping to never need the generator for a prolonged outage but I am comfortable that if i do, it will work as planned to do the job. Kohler and Moxy are a great team.
