Kirsten is INCREDIBLE! I have been seeing her for over two years and she has helped with my neck and shoulder pain and treating the whole body holistically. She is the expert at massage and we are so lucky to have her in Kelowna!

I like a deep tissue massage as I have a lot of spots that hold tension. I've had a few massages from Kirsten, and every time I get surprised with a new technique I haven't exeperienced before and a new area that I didn't know had stiffened up. As someone who is quite sedentary for most of the day, this is a must in my health routine!
