Nice friendly owner
Dear Moxie, Perhaps you were having a bit of a morning, but when I came in today and told you a previous shop suggested a shorter board, you made a really weird call: you identified that the person giving that recommendation was a woman and then you went off about lady doctors being a joke. I'm no wilting daisy, but that was off-putting, unprompted, and clearly sexist. I suggest a mental health councilor to help you shake that 'big boomer energy'. Meanwhile, I won't be returning.
Quoted me $70 and when I went to pickup my ski's, the bill jumped to $387. He adds on a bunch of fees. He should be shut down for scamming people. He is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered and he will get in your face if you challenge the bill. Do not go here.
I was quoted $100 over the phone, dropped my boards off and when I went back for them he was charging me $319. I asked for an explanation of the bill and he got in my face yelling at me. I would give this place zero stars. Be aware people of the racket that this person is up to.
Great store good selection and the owner and his wife who run it know everything there is to know and will take the time to teach you and make sure that you understand everything before you leave
