Moxie Ski Shop gave me one of the best gear-fitting experiences I’ve ever had. Moxie & Yvette incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure I had the right boots & not just whatever was available. Dear Moxie, Perhaps you were having a bit of a morning, but when I came in today and told you a previous shop suggested a shorter board, you made a really weird call: you identified that the person giving that recommendation was a woman and then you went off about lady doctors being a joke. I'm no wilting daisy, but that was off-putting, unprompted, and clearly sexist. I suggest a mental health councilor to help you shake that 'big boomer energy'. Meanwhile, I won't be returning.
