This truly is a wellness facility. Very friendly staff, everything from workout modules to ones for healing and recovery like their floatation therapy tank. I went from a boxing gym membership to hiring a personal trainer that works at Moxie Wellness (Janai Ruiz) and the experience has been excellent. Janai has been helping me regain mobility in my nerve damaged quad, flexibility, exercises to strengthen my core muscles & kick-boxing training.
