I received a gel manicure. There are no frills with this service. Soak your fingers for 2 minutes TOPS before they start pushing and cutting your cuticles. The tech cut me severely on multiple fingers (bleeding!) Polish began to lift the next day and by day 3, 9 nails were polish free! Disappointment is an understatement! With the price I paid, I expected so much more!
