I would rate 0 stars if possible. Rating is due to horrible business practices. Each visit I tried to pay copayment, Theresa would not take, telling me they would wait to see what insurance paid. Copays are due regardless of insurance payment. So 2 years later I get a bill for $385.00, my copays. I called twice to speak with someone regarding the billing delay, no one returned my call. I did call my insurance to see if the PT visits had been submitted, they had not. So, Mowery missed out on insurance payment for 11 visits. I... read more
