My snow blower would not start after sitting for a few years. I called a few days before the big snow storm and Jim said drop it off and he will look at it. I had it back in 2 days! Very friendly and fast service. Jim is now my go to for all my small engine repairs.
I guarantee that you’ll never find a more honest and decent person than Jim. My mower wouldn’t start because I didn’t charge my battery over the winter months. Jim said I could bring it in right then. He took the time to look at what could be potential causes and determined it was the battery, then showed me a way to work around it. I wanted the blade sharpened and Jim had us leave and go to lunch and had it ready by the time we finished lunch! They don’t make guys like Jim any longer. Wish I could give ten stars!
