I worked with Jonathan on the recommendation of my realtor. He did a wonderful job with the sale of my apartment in Brooklyn, and I am grateful to have had him as my attorney. He was speedy and responsive in turning around our contract, while involving me in the process as relevant, and handled the end of end aspects of my sale. He also had to deal with less common / more complicated terms, such as a leaseback for a couple of months after the sale, which again was handled well and without issue. Closing went seamlessly.
