I'm really disappointed with this company. First,told me he'd have three movers, but in the end, he only sent two. Then, he had the nerve to judge the apartment, only to tell me he wouldn't do the move at all. Two inexperienced movers who clearly couldn't do the job. So they made excuses. If I had to recommend a moving company, it certainly wouldn't be you. You have no respect.

I do not recommend this company at all, it is unreliable and disrespectful! 4 hours late this morning, to finally arrive 2 guys instead of 3 including one who is 72 years old with serious health problems. We had to help to get through it. The price was much more expensive than expected! The dispatcher, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and trying to make arrangements, did not listen, was disrespectful, raised his voice, hung up on me and offered a whopping $50 when it was $120/hour for 2 guys and $145/hour for 3 g... read more

I recently moved with this company, the whole experience was ok, the guy was Carrefour but so slow it takes me 7 hours to move only furniture because all the other things I already packed and moved it to my new home. Also they don't have cover to protect the mattress and when I talked to the manager of the company to tell him about the mattresses and to complain about the work, he was impolite and he hung out the phone.
