We had a TERRIBLE experience with this company and every person I spoke with had terrible customer service. They do not know phone etiquette, manners or professionalism. They obviously do not care about their customers nor meeting their needs! Not even an apology AT ALL from the manager, the movers or the "claims" department!! The movers tore our brand new couch up, rips and tears on all of the corners and across the top. I ended up having to take it to Goodwill. Do not use this company! Worst experience with a moving company I have ever had. I wouldn't even trust the good reviews on here, there are probably fake. Besides all the furniture they damaged, my mother in law forgot $900 was in her dresser. That money was being saved for something very important. While the dresser was in the truck the two guys (DJ & Larry) went thru all of her drawers and took the cash. Everything inside her dresser was thrown around. I hands down had the best moving experience of my life dealing with these guys. I am a frequent mover and have used a multitude of different movers to help me in the past, JC and his crew were the most efficient movers I have ever used over the past 15 years that I've been here in Texas. They we extremely polite and very eager to please whatever request that I asked of them during my move. I moved from the third floor to the third floor the guys never complained or slowed one bit. I had to be out of my apartment today and had a moving company scheduled in advance. Well, they did not show up and told me basically i was on my own. I called Moving Stars and they told me they could do the job but I would have to be patient. Well, I was patient and to my surprise the guys arrived within the hour!! Moved the whole apartment no problems quickly and efficiently! Will recommend and will use again! These guys are second to NONE!!
